Zucchini Lime Cake is a gulten-free cake made with Zucchini, Lime, Buckwheat and Panela. Panela or also known as raw unrefined cane sugar is used as substitutive for sugar which is high in minerals and vitamins. The Zucchini gives the cake a good source of fiber and the Buckwheat gives makes it a great source of protein. Made only with organic ingredients.
