How does the refund policy work?
We accept cancelations or changes to your order up until 48 hours before the scheduled delivery day. We are also happy to refund any defective items or work towards a solution. Just give us a quick email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 686 935 142 and we'll sort it out.
What areas do you deliver to?
Currently we only deliver to customers that are located in the province of Malaga including Marbella and Estepona. We will determine from your postcode if we can deliver to you. If you believe you are in the area and could not make and order please contact us by email.
How long will delivery take?
Deliveries are done only on Wednesdays. We close the orders for the week every Sunday at midnight, so you need to order before to get your order on following Wednesday.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you make an order we request and receive it from the various producers a day before delivery. We pack everything together and get ready to deliver it to you the next day.
Is there a minimum spend on orders?
Yes. The minimum spend for your order is 20€.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can either pay with Visa, Mastercard credit cards through Paypal or with a Paypal account.
How secure is shopping? Is my data protected?
We use secure SSL certificate and all payments go through Paypal. All your data is safely stored.
How do we select our Farmers and Artisans?
We only look for the best suppliers with diversified product range and ensure that they all stand by standards of sustainability, fair trade and honesty.
